Our young employees in their 20s, who can challenge the themes which appear one after another while sensitively catching changes in the value that is demanded by the times, play central roles in textile planning and suggestions. The production team which is in charge of textile design includes veteran employees with rich knowledge and experience, make a unified effort to support young employees so that they can grow early through many experiences and perform product development where ideas from young employees are incorporated into textiles.
